Seller's exclusive warranty Seller's apples are warranted to be grow in conformity with Food and Drug Administration of The United States, United States Department of Agriculture, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Fruit quality same as or better than US Extra Fancy and Canada Extra Fancy The message for each apple is clearly visible, with at least 50% red colour. Exclusive Limited Remedies: All orders are accepted without liability for nonperformance if frost, hail, wind, birds, sun, insects, or delay in transportation beyond the control of Seller prevent delivery. Payment Terms: Until credit is established, all orders must be prepaid by check or money order. Once credit is established, payment is due in full within 30 days following the invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% per month is charged on invoice balances unpaid after 30 days. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of order. Purchaser's deposit will be refunded in full as to ordered items if Seller is unable to supply at least 30% of the total order, and in the event of cancellation within one month following the order date. Failure to cancel within one month of ordering will result in forfeiture of the deposit to the seller as liquidated damages in the event of Purchaser's cancellation of order. | |
