We are a family run operation located in Keremeos, British Columbia. In 2005, we started to grow a few hundreds B9 and M9 T337. Today we produce 25000 apple rootstocks for the Canadian market.
Planting a high density orchard is a challenging and costly investment. We understand what growers expect from a rootstocks supplier.
We are also fruit growers producing certified organic nectarines and apples for the North American wholesale market. We have a lifetime experience in high density orchards.
Alain, co-owner has been pruning high density apple trees since 1979, first for his dad in France, and after for apple growers in Quebec, South Carolina, Washington State, New Zealand, France, New York State, and British Columbia. He was able to immigrate to Canada in 1994 sponsored by a Peachland BC apple grower who needed help for his replant project. Alain learned how to grow apple rootstocks while working for Dutch and French nurseries.
Donna, co-owner, has degrees in agriculture and entomology. She has been working with apple growers since 1990 and now does the pest management of our farm.
